As the end of the year is approaching, I wanted to create a gratitude journal that I could use to reflect back on the past year. To help me to remember the good times and try to understand the bad.
This has been a very difficult year for my family. We had some really good times, but right now it seems like the bad times are out weighing the good.
However, I think it’s important to take this time to be grateful for all that you have and take time to try and understand what you can take away from the bad. I know that dwelling on the bad makes it harder to appreciate all the good in your life, so I am hoping this exercise will help me see the positive in my life.
So I created a “31 Days of Gratitude Journal”.
31 Days for Reflection
Starting Dec 1 through Dec 31, 2015, I am taking some time for myself to write in my gratitude journal and I would love it if you would join me.
Each day here at Musings From A Special Needs Mom, I will remind you to take some time from your busy day to write in your journal. I don’t want this to be a challenge, but a privilege to be able to take time for yourself to recognize all that you are grateful for. I can promise you that taking this time will make you feel so much more motivated, so the path is clearer for the next day.
I can’t wait for us to get started together. Make sure to sign up for your free gratitude journal now.
