The 31 Days of Gratitude Journal is here!
Journaling has truly become so popular. It really is a time for us to relax with a warm cup of tea or a cold glass of wine, and reflect on all the things we are grateful for in our life. Whether it be family, health, a new job or a new baby. Everyone has something that they are grateful for, but not everyone takes the time to write about. Reflecting on our thoughts helps us to be thankful, put things into perspective to help us better enjoy life.
People do it different ways. You can write down the top 3 things you were grateful for that day like doing the laundry, exercising, getting appointments scheduled. You can even keep a bucket list of things you want to do that month or year.
However you want to write, it’s your journal there is no right or wrong way to do it. It’s just an outlet for you to gather your thoughts or dreams and put them in a place that you can visit later.
I have started doing bullet journaling and I enjoy it. It gives me the opportunity to sit and reflect on the month ahead, take note of things I am “grateful” for and lists to help me with personal and work life.
Because I love to do bullet journaling I decide I wanted to share that with all of you and created the 31 Days of Gratitude Journal. A journal that you can start anytime. Again there is no right or wrong time to start a journal.
All I suggest is just start!
